Embroidery Guidlines:

1. You can't have letters that are less than 0.25 inches or they won't embroider well (Smaller letter size will decrease the detail of the embroidery).
2. Gradients - Stitches do not blend so the gradient will be less smooth.
3. Preferred Format - Vector files (cdr, ai, eps, pdf) for highest quality embroidery.
4. Acceptable Format - Raster files (jpg, tif, gif, png, eps) at a minimum of 150dpi at the final image size.
5. Pixel graphics are composed of pixels rather than paths so embroidery may not be as exact as you would like it to be.

Care Instructions

Always check the garment label before first wash — follow label instructions for best results.
Wash separately for the first time to prevent colour transfer onto other garments.
Machine wash warm (30°C–40°C) with similar colours only — do not mix with whites or light colours.
Use a mild detergent — avoid harsh chemicals, bleach, or whitening agents as they will damage the fabric and embroidery.
Turn the garment inside out before washing to protect the embroidery and any printed design.
Do not wring or twist — gently remove excess water by pressing flat.
Dry flat on a clean surface in shade — do not hang dry as it may distort the shape.
Do not tumble dry — heat from dryers may shrink the fabric or damage the embroidery.
Iron on reverse side only at low to medium heat — never iron directly on print, embroidery, or logo.
Do not dry clean — this garment is designed for home and commercial machine washing.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve colour and fabric quality.
