Cancellations, Refunds, and Returns Policy
At Uniform Tailor, every uniform is custom-made to reflect the identity and professionalism of your brand. As a result, our policies are designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and efficiency while recognizing the personalized nature of our products.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, cancellation is generally not permitted. This is because our team begins processing and preparing your custom garment almost immediately after receiving your confirmation. However, in rare cases where we are unable to fulfill your stitching service due to limitations or unforeseen circumstances, we will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking. In such cases, you may be eligible to cancel your order, and if applicable, a refund will be processed as per our refund policy.
Uniform Tailor reserves the right to cancel an order if the delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas, if we are unable to reach you to confirm order details, if required measurement details or materials are not provided, if delivery instructions are incomplete or unclear, or if there are issues beyond our control that prevent order fulfillment.
Refund Policy
Due to the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, refunds are typically not possible once your order is confirmed and production has begun. Refunds will only be considered in exceptional situations, such as when your prepaid order is canceled by Uniform Tailor due to service limitations or vendor unavailability, or if your order arrives with packaging that is visibly damaged or tampered with.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within three to four business days to the original payment method. Please note that all refund decisions are made at the sole discretion of Uniform Tailor and are considered final.
Cash on Delivery Orders
If you have chosen to pay at the time of delivery, you will not be required to make payment under the following conditions: if the packaging is damaged or tampered with, if the incorrect items are delivered, or if items are missing from your order.
In the unlikely event that material provided by you for stitching is damaged while in our care, our maximum liability will be limited to a compensation amount of ₹500, regardless of the actual cost of the fabric or garment.
Non-Refundable Conditions
No refunds will be issued for any product that is personalized or customized. Refunds are also not available for orders delivered outside the Republic of India or for any orders where incorrect customization details or measurements were provided by the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to the bespoke nature of our uniforms, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. To support the best possible fit, we provide standard size charts based on garment measurements. We encourage all customers to double-check their measurements prior to placing an order to avoid any fit issues.
