Cancellation, Refund & Return Policy
At Uniform Tailor, every product is custom-made to reflect your brand's identity and professional requirements. Because each order is individually produced as per your specific design, measurements, and branding, our policies are structured to reflect the personalized and made-to-order nature of our business. We encourage all customers to read this policy carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, cancellation is generally not possible, as our production team begins processing your order almost immediately. We request customers to review all order details — including size, color, design, and customization — carefully before confirming.
In exceptional circumstances, Uniform Tailor may need to cancel an order on its end. This may occur if:
• The delivery address falls outside our serviceable areas
• We are unable to reach the customer to confirm required order details
• Measurement details, design files, or customization inputs are not provided within the required timeframe
• There are unforeseen production or logistical circumstances beyond our control
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to inform the customer using the contact details provided at the time of ordering.
Refund Policy
Given the custom, made-to-order, and personalized nature of all our products, refunds are not applicable once production has commenced. Each garment is produced specifically for the customer based on their chosen specifications, and therefore cannot be resold or reused.
A refund consideration may be reviewed only in the following limited situations:
• A prepaid order is cancelled by Uniform Tailor due to our inability to fulfill the order
• An order arrives with packaging that is visibly and demonstrably damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to the sole discretion of Uniform Tailor. We do not guarantee any refund outcome. If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Products
Please note that the following categories of orders are strictly non-refundable and non-returnable under any circumstances:
• All products with custom logo printing, embroidery, or screen printing
• All personalized or bespoke items made to individual specifications (size, color, design, text)
• Orders where incorrect measurement or design details were provided by the customer
• Orders delivered outside the Republic of India
• Any product that has been used, washed, or altered after delivery
We kindly request customers to double-check all customization details, artwork files, measurements, and size selections before confirming an order. Once production begins on a custom or logo-printed item, it cannot be modified, cancelled, returned, or refunded.
Returns & Exchanges
As all our uniforms are made-to-order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. To help customers get the right fit, we provide detailed size charts based on standard garment measurements. We strongly encourage all customers to review these charts and verify their measurements carefully before placing an order.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
For orders placed under Cash on Delivery, customers are not obligated to accept delivery in the following situations:
• The outer packaging is visibly damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery
• An entirely incorrect product has been delivered (unrelated to customization specifications)
In the rare event that customer-provided material is damaged while in our care during the stitching process, our liability will be limited to a nominal compensation of ₹500, irrespective of the material's value. Customers are advised to retain proof of any material dispatched to us.
